Buying cartridges for one printer is a small decision. Buying for thirty is a different job: someone has to know which of the thirty takes what, keep the right things in the cupboard, and make the invoicing work.
Business accounts are being set up now. The commercial terms below have not been finalized, and we are not going to quote numbers we cannot honor. What we can do today is quote your fleet.

A compatibility list built around your printers
Send us your printer models — or a page from your asset register — and we will come back with the cartridges, drums and maintenance parts each one takes, including which are interchangeable across the fleet. This is the part that saves the most time, and it is available now regardless of account terms.

What already applies to every order
These are not account perks — they are the standard terms, and they hold for a one-cartridge order as much as a pallet:
- Two-year warranty on every part, printer damage covered. Coverage, exclusions and the claim process are on the Warranty page. For a business this is the material clause, because the exposure is a printer, not a cartridge.
- 30-day returns, with return shipping on us when an item is faulty, wrong, or does not fit the printer you specified. See the Return Policy.
- Model-level compatibility data on every product page, so whoever orders next does not have to guess.
- Chip status stated up front — worth knowing before you standardize a whole floor on a cartridge that will not report toner levels.
Recycling for offices
A print room generates empties faster than anywhere else. Bulk collection is part of the recycling program, which is still being set up — see Recycling for what is confirmed and what is not.
Get a quote
Email [business contact address — decide whether this is a dedicated mailbox or forwards to the general support address] with:
- Your printer models, and roughly how many of each
- Approximate monthly print volume, or how often you currently reorder
- Anything the purchasing process needs — PO requirements, tax-exempt status, delivery sites
We will come back with a per-model quote and a compatibility list.
