What we sell, and what we do not claim

HPEORTONER sells compatible ink and toner cartridges. They are manufactured to work in the printers listed on each product page. They are not made by, endorsed by, or affiliated with HP, Canon, Brother, Epson, or any other printer manufacturer.

Manufacturer names, model numbers, and cartridge part numbers appear on this site only to identify which printers our cartridges fit. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Compatible cartridges and your printer's warranty

In the United States, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. § 2302(c)) generally prevents a manufacturer from voiding your warranty simply because you used a third-party consumable, unless that manufacturer supplies its own consumables free of charge or has an FTC waiver. A manufacturer can still refuse to cover damage that a third-party part actually caused — which is why we carry our own two-year warranty covering exactly that scenario.

Pricing and comparison prices

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before you place an order.

Where we show a "Compare at OEM price", that figure is the printer manufacturer's own cartridge price for the equivalent product, sourced from [state your source: manufacturer MSRP / named retailer] and last checked [date]. It is a comparison against a different product from a different maker — not a former price of ours. Page-yield comparisons are based on the ISO 19752 (toner) and ISO 24711 (inkjet) standards at 5% page coverage; your real world yield depends on what you print.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if an item is out of stock, if the price or description was clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud.

We try hard to keep product data accurate, but we do not warrant that every description, compatibility listing, price, or image is error-free.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, or use it to break the law.

Limitation of liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, and to the separate printer-damage cover set out in our Warranty, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit, lost business, or downtime.
