There are no customer reviews on this page, and we are not going to fill the space with copy we wrote ourselves.

Why this page is empty
HPEORTONER has not connected a review platform yet. Until one is running, there is no way to show a review that is provably attached to a real order — and a testimonial that cannot be traced to an order is marketing text in quotation marks. Plenty of stores publish those. We would rather have an empty page than one you have no reason to believe.
The same rule applies across the site: no star ratings appear anywhere, no review counts sit under product names, and nothing on the homepage claims a customer said something. When there are real reviews, they will appear in all those places at once.
The rules we are committing to now
Writing these down before there is anything to moderate is the only time it costs nothing.
Verified orders only
A review can only be left by someone who bought the item from this store, on the order they bought it on. No open submission form, so there is nothing for a competitor or a bot to fill in.
Negative reviews stay up
A one-star review is not a bug in the system. It is the reason the other reviews mean anything. We will not delete a review because it is unflattering, and we will not quietly stop requesting reviews on a product that is scoring badly. What does get removed: personal information, abuse, spam, and anything not about the product.
No editing, no reordering to bury the bad ones
Reviews are shown as written. Default sorting will not be tuned to push criticism onto page three.
We reply in public when something went wrong
If a cartridge failed, the useful thing for the next reader is what happened next. Those replies belong under the review, not in a private email.
Any incentive gets disclosed on the review itself
US Federal Trade Commission rules require it, and it is the right call anyway: a review written for a discount reads differently from one written unprompted, and you are entitled to know which you are reading. [Decide whether review incentives are offered at all. Not offering them is the simpler position and avoids the disclosure problem entirely.]
Ratings sit on the cartridge, not the store
Each product on this site is one cartridge series, so its rating reflects that series rather than being averaged across the whole catalog. A weak product cannot hide behind a strong one.
What to judge us on until then
Trust has to come from something checkable in the meantime. These are the commitments that are already in writing, and all of them cost us something:
- Two-year warranty, printer damage covered — including the exclusions and exactly what evidence a claim needs.
- 30-day returns — and who pays the return shipping in each scenario, stated in a table rather than left vague.
- Compatibility Guide — enough detail to check our answer against your printer yourself.
- Chip status stated on every product page, because that is the thing cheap cartridges quietly get wrong.
- Terms of Service — including where our OEM comparison prices come from.
Tell us how it went
Feedback sent to support@example.com reaches a person. If something failed, say so — it is more useful to us than praise, and it is how the product data on this site gets corrected.
