Only the model matters. Suffix letters like dn, dw or e are part of it, so use the full name from the label on the printer.
Can't find your printer?
- Search the cartridge number instead. If you have the old cartridge in hand, the number on its label — CF248A, TN760, 245XL — will find the right item directly.
- Browse by brand. HP, Canon, Brother, Epson.
- Read the numbering rules. The Compatibility Guide covers where to find your model number and how each manufacturer numbers its cartridges.
- Ask us. Our model list is still growing, so a printer that is missing usually has not been added yet. Email support@example.com with the model and we will check by hand.
